Group Bookings (4+ Guests): Custom itinerary engineering and tiered group allocations require direct concierge review. For parties larger than 4 guests, you must inquire directly by emailing: Connect@theVLXlab.com. Standard package slots will not automatically process.

Bespoke Quote & Booking Protocol

Upon receiving a custom corporate or large-party itinerary request via email, our desk will issue a transparent, line-item set price invoice. To secure priority vehicle dispatch and premium venue reservations, an upfront non-refundable retainer deposit option will be authorized via your secure invoice dashboard link.

Strict Cancellation Policy: Due to the high-status, pre-funded nature of our landmark venue table buy-outs and private chauffeur scheduling blocks, all confirmed reservations are subject to a strict policy. Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival window are 100% non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email at least 72 hours prior to dispatch and are subject to local venue inventory availability.
